We worked with Emerald to recruit up to a couple of positions within an expanding team. They helped us develop the specification of the profiles, and advised us on the target packages.

 

Having identified a shortlist of candidates, we worked with them to narrow down the field to those we wanted to interview. The candidates were a good match to the competencies and experience we were targeting.

 

Having conducted the interviews and decided on our preferred candidate, we then liaised with Emerald on how best to structure the package and to identify how best to sell our offer.

 

Given that the person was not actively looking for a job, we relied on Emerald to sell the benefits of the move, and to ensure we were forewarned of the potential stumbling blocks.

 

Overall we were very happy with the calibre of the candidates presented, and thanks to the combined efforts of ourselves and Emerald, we were successful in recruiting a high quality person to our team.
